Isuf Haxhiu
Founder & Managing Partner
Isuf has over 15 years of experience as a business executive and lawyer. His background spans litigation, corporate restructuring, real estate investment, and large-scale project management. He has led high-value ventures, including overseeing a €200M mixed-use property development and turning around major manufacturing firms.
Isuf graduated with honors from the University of Tirana and is currently an Executive MBA candidate at the University of St. Gallen. He has completed executive education programs at Harvard University and the University of Oxford.
His leadership style is grounded in strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a commitment to meaningful social impact.
